The Stockyard blend brings together coffees from three producers and communities Panther Coffee has built deep relationships with over many years:

La Amistad in Nicaragua, Fazenda Isidro Pereira in Brasil and Finca El Platanillo in Guatemala.

Each coffee provides unique attributes to the blend, creating a layered flavor profile with notes of milk chocolate, caramel, toasted almond, hazelnut and raspberry.

Origin: Various smallholders ins Nicaragua, Brasil and Guatemala
Variety: Yellow and Red Bourbon, Red and Yellow catu, Catuaí, Caturra
Processing: Washed and Natural
Elevation: 1,100 - 1,450 M.A.S.L.
Roast level: Medium
